Many people think that healthy weight loss is all about calories , however this is far from the truth. It is a complex system of maintaining health and balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

  • Drink at least 1 litre of water every day for every 50lbs of body weight
  • Reduce caffeine - It may be a quick fix bur is ultimately bad for you
  • Eat more vegetables
  • Eat organic: its better quality and contains more nutrients
  • Eat something raw at every meal, cooking removes vitamins and minerals
  • Drink smoothies rather that fizzy drinks
  • Upgrade your chocolate to dark and organic with at least 72% raw cacao
  • Replace sugar and sweeteners with Steve or xylitol
  • Eat whole grains and root vegetables daily
  • Cook at least 80% of your own food rather than eating out
