You cant live on Enough

When you ask people how much money they want to earn quite often they will reply with just enough to live on. The problem at the moment is living costs are increasing and wages are not keeping pace so your standard of living is falling.

Occasionally you meet someone who has a dream, I spoke with one yesterday and this is what he said :-

"See the thing is, I want to unite this world and stop wars. From there we can find ways to convert salt water into fresh water, cure cancer, solve the food crisis.. Everything can be solved if we work together. But I honestly need money.. Lots of it.. That's why I was drawn to Ed mercer and his goal. It would please me greatly for helping Ed be happy with his 5th record, but I am still a little confused and need just some help to get my foot in the door.

You know.. Someone to have faith in me in these horrible times.. If I coulda taken out a loan I would have for college (that's why I'm not going college this year cuz financial problems) but I still hold fast to my dream because someday I will accomplish it. But I have no one who will see what I can do. People just look at my past and see that I'm not worth their time.. Just like the scholarship committees..

I'm not looking for a hand out.. I just need a little help.. I will pay them monthly. Well a small pay.. But cuz I work at an elementary skool and they don't pay much"

Now here is a person who has a dream and belief that he is in this world to make a difference. Yet he is only earning some $300 a month, now I had seen a program on something called "group funding" so I gave him a link and he went to it and checked it out

Later he came back to me and said

"Wow thank you. This might actually work. I may need some help with people liking it. Cuz it says that I need to post/tweet and raise money for it to tilt."

You know what it made me feel great as well to help someone who has enough to live on start on the path to reach his dream of becoming a millionaire and helping others.

However, these hormones can also be toxic leading to obesity if not kept in check.

It turns out that the receptors for TNF-á and IL-6 are almost identical to the receptors for the fat regulating hormone leptin. So when these hormones become elevated, they overload the leptin receptors causing all kinds of metabolic mayhem! Scientists call this Leptin Resistance.

When scientists were studying leptin, they were disappointed by the fact that elevating leptin levels seemed to have no effect on weight loss. But when the inflammation hormones TNF-á and IL-6 were reduced, leptin was able to do its job of controlling body weight.

In essence, leptin resistance is the problem and reducing the core inflammation hormones is the solution.

It seems that all roads theres day lead to obesity, which is becoming the scourge of the modern world. according to a study in Science Translational Medicine, sleep cycle disruptions combined with sleep deprivation can increase the risk of obesity and diabetes.

Researchers from Bringham and Womens Hospital found that when volunteers were subjected to sleep cycle changes and sleep deprivation, their resting metabolic rate ( the rate at which your body burns calories) fell by 8%. Over a year, with diet and exercise remaining constant, this could translate to a 10 pound weight gain. Researchers suggest this might explain why night shift workers tend to gain more weight and have a higher likelihood of becoming Obese than day workers.

Additionally study subjects experienced a decrease in insulin levels, which resulted in higher blood glucose levels, in some instances to levels considered pre-diabetic.

The study covered a six week period which included 3 weeks of normal sleep followed by 3 weeks of disrupted sleep.

For a few weeks now I have been planning a major improvement in my Lifestyle, my net worth has been under attack as goods and services cost more and exchange rates and investments have lost value. So it it time to take some action.

The Olympics is winding down to a closure, and what a scene it has been, Great Britain punching above their weight to maintain a third place in the Medals tables, with fabulous Television program and recording of every sport. You cannot me moved by the stories of these athletes who have been pursuing their dreams for the past four years or more, putting their lives on hold in the quest for gold.

Now is the time for reflection, some will retire, others will plan to return to higher things in Rio and a new breed will be encouraged to take part. that is the Legacy of the Olympics.

I too have been reflecting on my own life and see now is the time to move ahead with my life in the Philippines. I want to improve the lifestyle of the people close to me. You can Always improve your diet

Last Night I watched a program close to my heart, about how one of Britain's top chefs set out to improve the diet of offers and men serving in a Royal Navy submarine. It would seem that the daily food budget is 1.25 pounds sterling per day for three meals. The result is they tend to like comfort food, such as the traditional bacon and eggs for breakfast, Steak and chips and Fish and chips. Taking into account this type of food and the lack of space to exercise one can see it is an unhealthy diet, however after carrying out some detailed research, a new menu was created to provide not only better nutrition but also better tasting food.

One surprising result was a method of pre cooking and seasoning food and then vacuum packing the contents, which required reheating in water for serving. This saved an enormous amount of storage space, compared with that normally taken up my fresh products.

I think this shows that anything is possible, It does not matter where you are or how small your budget there is always a way to improve your diet, It is a matter of doing some research and maybe sometimes looking outside the box.

If you are a fish eater is seems that there are some tasty morsels in a Cod's head such as the cheeks and tongue which are often thrown in the bin, now I know what the cats love feasting on.

Why coaching is important to success

The Olympics has somewhat taken over my life at the moment, as a former athlete I know what it takes to get to the top of your sport, years of training, hard work and chasing down goals. It is very similar in becoming successful with a home based business. coaching or mentoring is essential to success. When you look at the UK rowing, sailing and cycling teams these close knit teams have laid everything aside to plan for the 2012 Olympics. Nothing is left to chance each athletes has a goal and the path to that goal was planned in detail. According to French magazine Equipe the secret weapon of the cycling team is "a round wheel" but the details are more than that. Personal hygiene is important in the smallest detail from washing your hands to how you sleep, even going as far as travelling with your own pillow.

I firmly believe that to be successful you need to pay attention to details and so I am joining a team which is setting up to bring success to the little man. I have committed myself financially and know that I have to play my part by writing good content which will be used to promote the teams lead capture pages. Make no mistake this is going to be a team effort and we will be paying attention to detail to ensure success for ourselves and all who follow our lead. I learnt something new today about preventing diabetes, now in the past I have occasionally been tested for diabetes and always assumed that if I avoided eating sweet things I would be ok.

Now I have discovered that building muscles can reduce the onset of diabetes Building some muscle can cut your odds of prediabetes (last step before the real thing), by 12% or more, Having more muscle means these muscle cell will consume more blood sugars, so building bulk in the form of muscle rather than fat will reduce the chances of contracting diabetes Muscle building does not mean you have to join a gym, you can do simple exercises at home such as push ups and sit ups which can increase your muscles by 25% in a matter of a few weeks and convert fat into leaner healthier muscle.

According to the Data from the 2011 National Diabetes Fact Sheet, diabetes effects 8.3% of the population of the USA as opposed to 5% in the Uk. It is expected that by 2030 some 438 Million people worldwide will be effected. The rate of increase is appalling, but one only has to look around you at the growing numbers of obese people to see that these predictions are true.

People need to improve their diet and take more exercise if they want to remain healthy.

Losing weight is not rocket science, It is mostly common sense, you need to burn off more calories than you eat. The problem is that people have become lazy. I blame the likes of TV and electronic devices such as computers and mobile phones.

Exercise is one of the keys, I can remember always starting the school day with exercises and usually some kind of sport everyday. Nowadays a lot of people only have finger exercise on keyboards or games consoles. You can even become an Olympic champion in you own home.

Many people are watching the Olympics at the moment, and yes I am, but just look at what sacrifices many have made for a few minutes of fame, some have worked hard for 4 years or more. Their success is due to planning setting goals and taking action, yes there are setbacks along the way but these have to be overcome. So why should you not get inspired and set a goal to lose some weight.

Try exercising to lose weight. If you can, purchase a gym membership. You may also want to try jogging, Pilates or Tai Chi. It is always best to consult with your doctor before getting started though. If you don't have time to get to a gym, purchase exercise DVDs so that you can work out in the comfort of your own house.

You will notice Olympians have training buddies and coaches so you can do the same, losing weight alongside a weight-loss buddy can make this process much easier. You can kick each other in the rear when laziness sets in and call one another for support when you feel the onset of cravings. It is also useful to have other people help you adjust your strategies if you fail in meeting your goals. Of course, your partnership wouldn't be complete without shared celebrations when you meet your goals.

Yes, you also need to eat the right balance of foods, I am not going to go through it here, because you know what I mean, its in countless books and blogs. You need to take action make sacrifices and you will become slimmer, who knows by the next Olympics you may even have taken up a new sport as part of your lifestyle change.

One important aspect of any successfully business is having a system or systems that can be followed, if you look for example at MacDonalds, when you start a Franchise business, everything is laid out for you, your logo's, look and feel of your outlet, your menus, your stock, advertising, accounting. All you have to is follow the system and within a few year you will be in profit. Online businesses usually have systems as well, with a sponsor providing guidance, because they usually get some form of commissions from introducing you. The problem is all to many sponsors do not take the time to learn the business systems, so they can help others, they are only interested in getting signup's. If the business systems are not good this will often result in new recruits dropping out.

Before you market a business online you need to have a good knowledge of what it is you are selling and how it works, that why successful companies run training webinars. I continue to go to webinars and present my own, as there are always changes going on in the marketing world, and you need to be continuously informed.

One of the challenges at the moment is a worldwide shortage of money and lack of job security, so many people are seeking ways to earn an income online, and they need to get a quick return on any investment they make. Now there are systems for doing this , but many of them can be high risk, so you need to take care and check out the underlying systems.

The ideal business should be like a Franchise, a system that works, but that can produce a profit in a matter of weeks rather than years, so let me know when you find one.
